Atma Shakti is committed to supporting individuals in their journey towards personal growth by fostering transformation within their spiritual, physical, and mental realms. With a deep desire to promote clarity of mind, unblock stagnant energy, and facilitate soul healing, Atma Shakti humbly offers Mantras of the World and Meditation recordings, as well as a unique “Yoga Mix” and private coaching through Healthy Warriors Wellness.

These offerings have been developed over years of personal exploration and studies since 2002.

The ultimate goal of this endeavor is to establish a Community Center in Miami, FL, and funds raised from this project will contribute to that noble vision.

What does Atma Shakti mean?

In yoga philosophy, Atma Shakti is the primordial cosmic energy that governs the spiritual. Atma is the Sanskrit word for “inner self” or “soul.” Shakti is associated with feminine and creative energy. Atma shakti, therefore, is the energy associated with reaching the spiritual, inner self and unity with the universe. The term is sometimes used synonymously with kundalini or cosmic energy.

MUSIC

Mantras are healing vibrations that generate peace, gratitude, love, and connection with the divine that exists within each one of us.  Singing them is pure medicine.

Mixing her devotion for the ancient sacred mantras and love of urban rhythms gives us Atma Shakti’s unique refreshing and unexpected take on bhakti.

Atma Shakti’s “Yoga Mix” technique is a creative moving meditation… the result of her personal journey, studies, and integration of many yoga traditions.  Her practice guides to clear the mind, unlock the energy, and heal the soul.
